Producing process:
Feeding--etching1 ---etching 2-- recycle water washing→urbanwater washing→bolt up→check→soak→spraying stripping → recycle waterwashing→urban water washing→bolt up→hot air drying→ discharge
Character: precision double etching, smoothsurface on both edges, no embossment, no convex-concave, noburnisher burr , no warping, no , any complicatedpattern or geometric figure is available. Compared to perforatedmetal, it does not need polishing, and moreover, it’s very easy tochange design and takes shorter producing time. It can produce whatperforated metal machine can not produce.
